Job description

The Underground Utility Foreman position is a hands-on role focused on managing construction projects related to WET Utilities.  The foreman will oversee all aspects of construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.  The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail and have a proven track record for running efficient projects.
Responsibilities:
 
  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to understand project requirements
  • Oversee construction site operations, including pipeline construction and maintenance
  • Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc.
  • Adhere to project schedules and manage project timelines
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure projects meet safety and quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or issues on construction sites
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the construction management team

Requirements:
