Role Description

CatchUp Recruiting is currently supporting the search for a Project Manager โ€“ Civil for a full-time, on-site position based in Georgia.

This role will be responsible for overseeing civil construction and infrastructure-related projects from preconstruction and planning through execution and closeout. The Project Manager will play a key role in managing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, procurement activities, project documentation, and client communication to help ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil construction operations and be comfortable managing multiple moving parts across active project environments. This person should be able to work closely with field teams, consultants, subcontractors, and internal leadership while maintaining control of cost, schedule, and overall project performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage civil construction and infrastructure projects from planning through completion
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
  • Build and track project schedules, milestones, and critical path activities
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and project documents
  • Monitor project progress and address schedule, cost, and coordination issues as they arise
  • Support procurement and buyout activities as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable regulations
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership
