GENERAL SUMMARY:
Operate and perform duties of Processing machines positions in Crackers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely operate forklift and complete utility driver cracker bin inventory duties. May also be trained to set up, adjust and operate processing machines such as mixer, laminator, oven, and scaler. Will rotate positions, give breaks, and operate as schedule requires; may be scheduled to cover Utility driver. Maintain area in good housekeeping order, complete required paperwork, and perform other duties as assigned by supervision. Participate as team member to accomplish training and cover schedules. Overtime and weekend work will be required. Support and participate in preventive maintenance program. Heavy lifting will be required. Comply with food safety procedures and follow plant GMPs. Swing Shift. Applicants must be able to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of the role.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Must have obtained high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must have forklift experience.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)
High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The starting rate for this full-time, hourly position is $22.65 plus shift differential.
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
