An Atlantic Shores Utility team member is different than your everyday dishwasher. We give you a quality of life and spread out your work so that you are not stuck in the dish room all day. Flexible shifts available, 7 days a week between 7am and 9pm.

Position Summary: The Utility Worker, in accordance with policies and procedures that are established, performs a number of kitchen activities including washing and sanitizing of pots, dishes, and carts; operating dish washing machines; general cleaning duties while maintaining kitchen sanitation; stocking and storing food/nonfood supplies; receiving storing, and delivering supplies and food trays within the facility; and preparing food when necessary. This position reports to the Utility Supervisor.

  • Washes all dishes using dish machine and properly stores them.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment by cleaning dishes and taking out the trash.
  • Maintains clean and dry floors throughout the shift.
  • Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Performs additional cleaning duties as requested.

Education and/or Experience: Up to one-month of related experience or training.

  • Organization and time-management skills.
  • Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual.
  • Positive attitude and teamwork.
