  • Reading/Interpreting Civil construction plans
  • Financial Forecasting (Monthly Cash Flows) of projects

MUST Haves:

  • Project Management experience (3+ years)
  • Utility experience (Electric, Gas, or Water) or Civil construction experience or Engineering experience directly working on Utility installation/relocation projects
  • Experience reviewing contract proposals/bids
