Protiviti is looking for a Technology Audit & AdvisoryAssociate Directorto join our growingteam.

What You Can Expect:

As anAssociate Director,you'llpartner with our clients to manage risk associated with their use of technology.You'lldevelop innovative strategies to solve complex business problems and devise solutions that address client needs using leading practices, data-driven insights, and emerging tools and methodologies.You'llalsohelp develop new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and contribute to the growth of ourTechnology Auditpractice.You'llbuild lasting relationships with clients and within the business community while serving as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also mentor and develop high-performing teams, provide leadership across engagements, and oversee the successful delivery of project work plans while driving quality, innovation, and exceptional client service.

Do Your TalentsInclude the Following?

Demonstratedexperience with:

• Leading teams in implementingIT audit methodologies and developing necessary audit deliverables, including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.

• Commonly used internal control frameworks, including COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, ITIL,NIST AI RMF,etc.

• Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance, in particular the technology implications and requirements.

A passion for:

• The latest trends and developments in data and technology, including high-growth topics of cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, privacy, analytics, enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.), disaster recovery, systems development methodologies etc.

• Analytics and technology enablement (automation, AI/MLetc.).

• Experienceserving clients in the energy and utilities industry.

• Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network,includingwithsenior executives.

• Successfully pursuebusiness development opportunitiesandidentifyingandimplementingstrategies to obtain new work or clientele.

• Ability to translateand communicatetechnology topics and audit issuestoclient personnel, including executives.

• Handlingproject management and administrative responsibilities, such as budgeting,invoicing, and projectresourcing.

• Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals,mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

• Experience working across different teaming models, including offshore resources, is a plus.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline(e.g.,Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, orbusiness-relatedfield.)

• 9+ years working intechnologyaudit, consulting, assurance services, riskandcontrol programs, or relatedfield, either in professional services orindustry.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications. Secondary emphasis onGen AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, etc.).

• Professional Certification such as CIA, CRMA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similarstrongly preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirementsvariesby client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.
