Position Information: This is a regular, full or part-time position, reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $13.62 and $18.00 per hour. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: In this US-based position your location will work onsite from approximately 7 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. each day in our office located in Rock Rapids, Iowa.

Envision Your Experience.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders utilizing mobile handheld devices and web-based applications adhering to individual requirements of multiple client-specific needs across multiple inventory locations and types while maintaining a high standard for accuracy and proficiency.
  • Accurately collate, assemble, label, and put away kits, while ensuring our products meet quality standards.
  • Clearly and accurately mark, barcode, and label stock.
  • Safely operate equipment used daily, including but not limited to, heat shrink machines, manual/electric pallets jacks, utility carts, and ladders of multiple heights.
  • Safely and accurately load and unload pallets of product.
  • Responsibly maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts utilizing our Warehouse Management System.
  • Keep accurate records of required tracking information.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and teammates.
  • Perform daily warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Other duties as required.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent and prior warehouse experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency and basic math skills.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivation with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long periods of time while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand/work on feet for majority of workday.
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50lbs and climb ladders.
  • Excellent attendance and dependability.
  • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices a plus.
  • Must comply with pre-employment requirements including successfully passing a background check.
