Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible leadership through Management By Walking Around (MBWA).
- Mentor Field Managers and Supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and operational standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of district and well-site operations.
- Maintain regular communication with employees.
- Determine and maintain appropriate staffing levels to achieve service quality and HSE goals.
- Ensure assets are properly maintained, current on preventive maintenance, and meet company image standards.
