Job Summary
Lead Automotive Service Technician is responsible for identifying necessary vehicle service and performing the repair, service, and/or maintenance work.

Responsibilities 
  • Examines customer vehicles
  • Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance to include drivability issues
  • Estimates cost of repairs
  • Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance to include air conditioning repairs
  • Documents services performed
  • Requests necessary parts
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations
 
Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of automotive technician experience
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
  • A motivation to learn and succeed
  • Valid in-state driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
