Job description

Description
The Case School of Engineering Dean's Office is looking for a student employee to assist in transforming paper-based administrative processes into digital systems. This role involves building and maintaining solutions using Microsoft SharePoint, SharePoint Lists, Power Apps, and Power Automate to enhance administrative workflows. The student will interact with end users while developing solutions and training materials for those users.
The student will work under the supervision of administrative staff and University Technology (UTech) to implement approved designs, gather feedback from end users, create basic training materials, and help evaluate interdepartmental processes for digitization and improvement.
Hourly pay rate varies with experience, $14.00 - 19.43/hour
Qualifications
  • Experience with SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, or similar tools
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work with both technical and non-technical users
