Emergency Department New To Specialty/New Grad Program

Temecula Valley Hospital will be starting an Emergency Department (ED) New to Specialty/New Grad Program beginning August 10, 2026. This is a 12 week training program for RN's (New Grads or New to Specialty) that would like to join the amazing staff in ED. This is a blended learning experience including computer based learning modules and testing, didactic and hands-on classroom learning and Clinical Preceptoring.

Deadline to apply is June 9th.

Qualifications

NEW TO SPECIALITY Minimum one (1) years acute (hospital) care experience required, with current California RN license

NEW GRAD Registered Nurse with current California RN license

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program required • Registered Nurse with current California RN license required • BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) certifications required • NIHSS required within 5 days of hire • CPI certified within 90 days of hire • Two Letters of Recommendation required at time of interview
