About the Company

Gulfstream Petroleum Services specializes in petroleum infrastructure for critical facilities. Our team delivers fuel tank installations, fueling systems, compliance inspections, and maintenance with an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality.

The Role

We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager  to oversee petroleum construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and regulatory requirements while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage petroleum projects including AST/UST systems, generator fuel systems, day tanks, and fuel piping
  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, vendors, and permitting agencies
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for petroleum projects including:
    • Aboveground and underground fuel tank installations and removals
    • Generator fueling systems and day tanks
    • Fuel piping, pumps, filtration systems, and remote fills
    • Monthly compliance inspections, maintenance, and diesel fuel polishing
  • Review drawings, specifications, site conditions, and scope documents to develop accurate estimates
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Conduct site visits and lead progress meetings
  • Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders
  • Resolve field issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in petroleum, construction, or infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of fuel systems and regulatory compliance
  • Experience working with government or healthcare facilities preferred
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
  • Valid Florida driver’s license
