Job description

WestFit is seeking a driven and experienced coach to work with competitive junior players in our high-performance training pathway. This position focuses on USTA tournament-level athletes and players training for sectional and national levels.

The ideal candidate must be able to handle all on-court coaching responsibilities with a calm, organized, and professional approach. We are a club on the rise, and for the right candidate, this position offers significant potential to expand weekly hours and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Lead advanced training sessions

  • Run match-play and tactical sessions

  • Assist with tournament prep

  • Player evaluations and goal setting

  • Collaborate with performance staff

  • Use video analysis

  • Support camps and elite programs

  • Maintain a positive learning environment

  • Supervise all on-court activities and ensure adherence to facility rules and safety procedures.

  • Enforce club policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment for all members and staff.

Qualifications/Skills
  • 3+ years coaching competitive juniors

  • Teaching certification preferred (USPTA, PTR, GPTCA)

  • Experience with USTA tournaments

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Long-term program-building mindset

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on program needs.
