Company Description
Johnny Allen Tennis is one of Southern California's largest and fastest-growing tennis and pickleball academies, offering youth tennis lessons, camps, classes, and leagues. Since 2003, we've positively impacted thousands of young athletes, helping to improve their lives through the sport of tennis, and now, pickleball. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate tennis coaches to help continue that tradition with our students.
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced tennis coach to lead group classes and support the development of junior and adult players. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and competitive play. While RSPA (USPTA), PTR, or ITF tennis certifications are preferred, they are not required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience
  • Passion for tennis, and/or pickleball, and a strong commitment to youth development
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • At least 1 year of experience coaching children preferred
  • Must pass Live Scan fingerprinting and/or background check clearance
  • Only candidates located within driving distance of the class location (no out-of-state or international applicants)
