The Policy Services Records Analyst ensures the accurate classification, storage, and retrieval of documents to support workflow and compliance. This role supports multiple departments by maintaining document integrity, assisting with mail operations, and safeguarding sensitive information.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY
Document Classification & Indexing:
  • Accurately index documents by line of business, document type, and policy number to ensure efficient retrieval and workflow distribution.

Data Integrity & Compliance:
  • Review policy applications and supporting documentation for completeness, proper signatures, and adherence to underwriting guidelines.

Departmental Support & Mail Handling:
  • Respond to document retrieval requests from internal departments.
  • Sort and distribute incoming USPS mail and prepare outgoing mail for pickup.

Confidentiality & Discretion:
  • Handle sensitive and confidential records with professionalism and discretion.

Other Duties:
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support departmental goals.

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective interpersonal skills in person and over the phone.
Ability to manage detailed work independently and collaboratively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Eagerness to learn and improve processes and skills.
Valid Texas driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Repeated use of PC, telephone, and office machines.
Extended periods of sitting and concentrating.
Occasional bending, twisting, crouching, pulling, pushing and reaching in an office environment.
Occasional lifting and moving items weighing up to 30 lbs.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Occasional long, irregular work hours.
Work to be conducted in office environment owned or leased by company.
