Job description

Answer all incoming calls via multi-line phone system
• Provide excellent customer service internally and externally by providing assistance in solving customer issues and concerns in person, over the phone, and through email
• Process electronic payments for customers
• Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalate calls to appropriate Managers and/or Supervisors when necessary
• Assure completion and security of daily mail opening, date stamping and distribution, receipting and logging via daily Receivables Log
• Coordinate delivery of all Courier, FedEx, USPS and other carrier mail
• Coordinate online conference room booking management
• Responsible for tracking inventory and ordering of office and kitchen supplies
• Knowledge of HOA and the services we provide to each community
• Be extremely articulate and professional
• Update mailboxes as needed
• Update Vendor tracking sheet in Teams
