We are hiring for a Package Handler\ Senior On-Site Service Specialist.

Position: Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Location: 4201 Lexington Avenue North, Building 7, Arden Hills, MN 55112
Contract: Temp to Permanent
Parking: Free onsite parking available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and stage letters/packages on dock
  • Scan and check in packages using company device/app
  • Deliver packages to mailstops using carts and campus maps
  • Pick up outgoing packages and prep for distribution
  • Look up tracking numbers and respond to customer emails
  • Process USPS and FedEx outgoing mail
  • Move packages intercampus as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs (over 50 lbs with help)
  • Push/pull carts with packages
  • Comfortable with standing/walking throughout the day
  • Basic MS Office skills; professional email communication
  • Team player, self-starter, able to adapt to changing needs
  • Able to read/understand campus maps
