Job description

Overview
Responsible for the execution of on-time and flawless direct marketing, including: opening mail jobs for marketing teams; trafficking mail and email jobs with in-house and external designers, and variable data with database team; working with external mail houses on campaign execution; tracking and monitoring all campaigns for timeliness; supervising proofing process and quality assurance; communicating mail and email jobs to property stakeholders. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. - Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all direct mail jobs are sent on time.
  • Open mail jobs with designers to create accurate and inviting content.
  • Coordinate printing of various invite & information mailers through external print vendors.
  • Validating accuracy of campaigns in the CMS.
  • Monitor and forecast DM trends.
  • Bidding out mail jobs, and managing relationship with USPS.
  • Maintaining and reconciling account balance with USPS.
  • Build promotions and offers in the CMS.
  • Proofing all direct marketing jobs for accuracy.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ownership of the entire DM process from start to finish.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
  • Basic word processing & typing skills.
  • Competence in Excel and excellent proof-reading skills are required.
  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
  • Bachelors in marketing or relative field; two years of experience in related position
  • Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide specific to position responsibilities.
  • Ability to read and understand all policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, employees, and members of management in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
  • Must be able to complete standard forms and reports.
