Position Summary

The Mail Processor is responsible for the accurate, timely, and secure handling of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. This role supports multiple departments by processing USPS mail, priority correspondence, legal and government documents, and courier deliveries while maintaining detailed logs, tracking information, and compliance with internal policies.

What you will do

  • Sort electronic documents system.
  • Prep and sort documents by document type.
  • Scan incoming document batches and move to a final staging folder.
  • Process incoming mail received.. Print outgoing mail items as needed using production printers and postage equipment.
  • Manually sort and post outgoing mail with the strictest control to insure no PHI violation occurs.
  • This position is scheduled to work 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Required Qualifications

  • 1 year of data entry experience..
  • Must be willing to go onsite M-F
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for long periods of the day
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and web-based platforms

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with mailroom equipment preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.46

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
