In this pivotal role you will provide various administrative support which generally includes, mail, facilities and other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages, including postage, shipping labels, and tracking documentation.
  • Operate mail processing equipment such as postage meters, scanners, inserters, and package tracking systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Coordinate with carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
  • Deliver mail and packages throughout the facility in a timely manner.
  • Process accountable mail, certified mail, and special deliveries.
  • Ensure mailroom organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management for mailroom supplies.
  • Respond professionally to employee and customer inquiries regarding mail and package status.
  • Support additional administrative and operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years' work experience in a customer services field
  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is up to 21.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
