WHAT WE DO: LoanMart provides fast, professional assistance to financially stressed or credit-challenged borrowers. Our place in the community was built over twenty-five years, growing from a family-owned single storefront in Van Nuys into the largest auto title lender in California.

ABOUT THE POSITION: We're looking for a detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to support several key departments, including Title, Document Control, Quality Control, and Insurance. This role involves a mix of administrative and clerical tasks related to vehicle titles, registrations, contracts, mail processing, and other essential documentation. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced support role, we'd love to hear from you.

TASKS- Your typical day may include:

  • Scanning, filing, printing, and organizing large volumes of documents
  • Preparing and sending outgoing mail using various services (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
  • Assisting with mail pickup and drop-off, including but not limited to occasional trips to the local post office, UPS Store, or other local businesses.
  • Maintaining and organizing the document storage and title files area
  • Supporting one-time administrative projects and general clerical tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided), a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance for mail pick-up and drop-off.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative projects with varying timelines, points of contact, and tracking requirements
  • Comfortable working with document-heavy workflows
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Clear, concise, professional communicator
  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
