Job description

Job Description:
  • Attend the Usher and Ticket Taker game day meeting to learn about specific events happening at the ballpark.
  • Read the game day notes provided by the Front Office Staff.
  • Report to your assignment immediately following the game day meeting.
  • Inspect your section and ensure seats are clean and there is no garbage or other debris in or around your section. Wipe seats down.
  • Inspect your area for standing water and notify the cleaning crew immediately if water needs to be removed.

After Gates Open
  • Acknowledge fans that are approaching your section and greet them with a smile.
  • Seat fans by 1) reading fans ticket 2) walk fan to their seat and 3) wipe seat with chamois.

During the Game
  • Walk/Inspect the stairs of your section after every ยฝ inning
  • Collect trash and recycling with bags after the 4th and 6th innings.
  • Survey your sections for unauthorized fans.
  • Watch for any fan standing against railings behind each section
  • Assist with leading the crowd in cheers during promotions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
