Job Description

As UX designer you will be developing best-in-class customer experiences, including user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes, and more. You will have the opportunity to work closely with customers and product management team.

As our UX designer you will be developing best-in-class customer experiences, including user interface designs, interaction models, prototypes, and more. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers, our product management team, our engineering crew as well as company leaders to successfully go from early stage product concepts to launch. You will need to be a pragmatic visionary that can execute in a small, nimble and agile development environment. You will also need to be at ease visualizing an experience in the abstract and then drive that vision into solid designs utilizing mockups and prototypes.
Job Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the product and UI teams to map user flows, paper prototype interactions, oversee the building process, and user testing
Design interaction models, wireframes and mockups across mediums: web, tablet, mobile and email
Present design solutions to stakeholders, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle
Strike a balance between the practicalities of design and paradigms that define a new web
Rapid prototype in Balsamiq, Sketch, HTML+CSS or other tool of choice

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a professional UX designer

Passion for UI/UX design with a deep understanding of visual design principals

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Excellent information and data visualization skills 

A diverse portfolio that exhibits process as well as product

Knowledge of front end markup: HTML/CSS/JQuery/other

Experience designing across multiple device types and contexts (desktop, mobile)

User testing and research
