Job Description

The SAP Super User will be an integral part of the Implementation Team, responsible for managing testing end-to-end, participating in developing and implementing effective operating processes and systems for new business initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of SAP functionalities, training development, and testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

YOUR TASKS

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operating processes and systems for new business initiatives.
  • Create project-specific training concepts and execute training programs to ensure end-users are proficient in system functionalities and processes. Ensure all training is thoroughly documented.
  • Develop testing matrices, ensuring the testing process involves the right resources and aligns with project goals. Oversee the execution of testing phases.
  • End-to-End Testing: Conduct thorough testing of all processes from Front-End to Back-End, including assisting in system unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing to validate system performance and functionality.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system-related issues, working closely with various IT teams to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Create and update training materials for new functionalities and system updates, ensuring they are accessible and user-friendly.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights and support the SAP team in optimizing system performance and user experience.
  • Actively participate in departmental process improvements, providing support and recommendations based on system performance and user feedback.

YOUR PROFILE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP pertaining to warehouse activities.
  • Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience.
  • Strong technology skills.
  • Flexibility is a must: Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and different areas of the warehouse.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, occasionally more as needed.
