Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient technology environment for employees and business operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user-access issues while delivering a positive employee experience through responsive and professional support.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and business applications

Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues

Manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions across company systems

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment

Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including device preparation and account setup

Monitor and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution and communication

Document technical procedures, solutions, and support activities

Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams when required

Support cybersecurity practices by following company security policies and reporting risks

Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT services and user satisfaction

Salary Range

The base pay range for this position is up to $21 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
