- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for new features and product releases.
- Perform manual and exploratory testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Work closely with developers and product stakeholders to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
- Participate in sprint planning and product reviews to ensure quality is considered throughout the development lifecycle.
- Help improve QA processes, testing standards, and release quality.
Documentation & Help Content
- Create and maintain user help documentation for existing and new application features.
- Develop clear guides, tutorials, and release notes to help users understand product capabilities.
