Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and technical direction to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards in Salesforce development.

Solution Development: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions that meet client specifications, with a specific emphasis on eCommerce functionalities.

Project Oversight: Manage client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, facilitating knowledge sharing and fostering a collaborative work environment.

AI and Dashboard Expertise: Leverage expertise in AI and Salesforce CRM dashboards to enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities, driving informed business decisions.

Required Experience:

Salesforce Expertise: Significant experience in Salesforce development, particularly in large-scale eCommerce implementations as a Technical Lead or similar role.

CRM Solutions: Proficient in delivering end-to-end CRM solutions utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud, with a strong focus on eCommerce applications.

AI Skills: Proven experience in integrating AI technologies into Salesforce solutions to optimize customer interactions and enhance data analytics.

Pre-Sales Engagements: Experience in supporting pre-sales activities, including proposal development and scope estimation.

Technical Documentation: Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.

Integration Skills: Experience designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using SOAP and REST APIs.

Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile project management practices and tools.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 12 years in Salesforce Software development, with at least 5 years within the eCommerce domain.

Salesforce Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications are required.

Development Skills: Strong background in application development and integration, with knowledge of various design patterns.

Cloud Product Knowledge: Understanding of Salesforce cloud products such as Sales, Service, Community, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
