We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team and help shape the digital experiences for our customers. In this role, you'll not only advocate for our customers but also immerse yourself in our products and the manufacturing process. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences, creating interactive prototypes, and transforming complex challenges into intuitive, user-friendly solutions. What you’ll do

  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring the digital experience aligns with user needs and expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to conceptualize and design solutions
  • Responsible for the design process from research and discovery through wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and developer handoff.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Conduct usability tests and gain an in-depth understanding of our products and customers
  • Create highly interactive prototypes using AI and cutting edge designs using Figma
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to deliver high-quality customer experiences from concept through launch.
  • Partner with the Product team to measure the success of design solutions using customer feedback and product metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve our user experience strategies

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
  • Experience designing complex web applications or SaaS products.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, FigJam and other product design software
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and measurable business or customer outcomes.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly designs
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Self-driven with a commitment to understanding our product, our customers, and the nuances of the industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Using AI tools such as Claude Code in the design process for fast iteration
  • Experience in manufacturing industry
  • Experience designing products for manufacturing, engineering, CAD, industrial software, or other complex technical applications is preferred.
