Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant - UI/UX to lead user experience design initiatives for enterprise applications. This role is responsible for driving discovery, user research, interaction design, workflow optimization, prototyping, usability testing, and accessibility while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing enterprise applications and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and designers to balance user needs and business objectives while delivering user-centered experiences.
• Lead discovery, UX design, workflow design, and usability testing activities for internal and external applications.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and simplify complex workflows, reducing cognitive load and minimizing user errors.
• Utilize existing design systems and UI standards to ensure consistency across enterprise applications.
• Create interactive and clickable prototypes to validate design concepts and user experience assumptions.
• Partner with multiple application teams to deliver project milestones and design deliverables on schedule.
• Perform design quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure designs and implementations comply with accessibility standards and provide an inclusive user experience.
• Translate user research findings and business requirements into actionable design solutions.

Required Qualifications
