Who You Will Work With:

The vacantCX/UX Researcher (Fixed-Term 12 months) rolewillreport to the Head, Strategy.

The CX/UX Researcher is responsible for understanding customer needs, behaviours, and pain points, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations that improve products, services, and end-to-end experiences.

You will work at the intersection of research, design, and product, ensuring decisions are grounded in evidence-not assumptions-and that customer insights meaningfully shape product outcomes.

What YouWillDo:

Research Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end research initiatives, including usability testing and interviews

  • Develop research plans, methodologies, and artifacts

  • Recruit and engage targeted users

Insight Generation & Storytelling

  • Analyze and synthesize research data into actionable insights

  • Translate findings into recommendations

  • Deliver decision-ready outputs

Design Enablement

  • Create personas, journey maps, and UX artifacts

  • Embed research into design and product lifecycle

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Partner with product, design, and engineering teams

  • Integrate user feedback into development

CX Advocacy & Practice Growth

  • Champion research practices across the organization

  • Share best practices and provide research leadership in a cross-functional environment

WhatYou Bring:

  • 3+ years of CX/UX research experience

  • Degree in relevant field (e.g., psychology, UX, anthropology)

  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
