As a UX Designer, you will work with cross disciplinary teams to develop the meaningful UI/UX design, including the brainstorming, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and iterating based on research findings and documentation.

Major Responsibilities:

● Work with lead designers creating meaningful experiences by delivering UX, UI design from concept through to shipping products

● Provide intuitive and creative solutions for complex design problems

● Work effectively with other designers, UX researchers, program managers, and hardware and software engineers in a highly collaborative environment

● Utilize design-thinking and user-centered approaches to communicate your design ideas effectively

● Critically evaluate the success of your design and iterate for the best result to meet business goals

● Document, organize, and share project plans to ensure effective coordination with cross-functional teams

Background, Experience& Qualifications:

● 4+ years experience of interaction and visual design

● Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Preferred in related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

● Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Principle, Keynote/PPT) for creating visual artifacts and presentations

● Skilled in concept ideation, wireframing, UI design, and hi-fi prototyping

● Solid portfolio with creative design works

● Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for articulating design concepts to teams and stakeholders. Comfortable working in self-directed teams, navigating ambiguity, resolving conflicts, and adapting to agile, startup-like environments

● Motion/animation skills are a plus
