Floor & Decor is hiring a Product Manager responsible for creating andmaintaininga best-in-class shopping experience on flooranddecor.com, primarily focused on Ratings & Reviews and later moving into other areas of the shopping funnel. This Product Manager will work in close collaboration with Merchants, Online Merchandising, Store Ops, Marketing &ITand other product managers covering tangentially related products. This position is a key contributor to the success of flooranddecor.com in the market andseeksto drive revenue and enhance customer experience through product evolution, enhancement, and optimization efforts. Minimum Eligibility Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital product management and/or business analyst experience

  • Demonstrated success delivering digital products end-to-end, from ideation and roadmap planning to launch and post-launch analysis

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally with a team to execute tasks and projects and achieve desired results

Essential Job Functions

  • Define and prioritize features that enhance the eCommerce shop & browse journey, includingratings& reviews, productlisting,productdetails,searchand other relatedexperienceswhereneeds/ opportunities arise.

  • Provide actionable prioritization recommendations to the Shop & BrowseProduct Manager,aligning withbusiness goals and customer needs.

  • Participate in production support activities including but not limited to replicating issues, reviewing customer sessions and/or systems logs toidentifyimpact, potential rootcausesand fixes.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis, incorporating user feedback toidentifypain points, opportunities, and trends in eCommerce.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, write user stories, and create product specifications that align with the end-to-end customer experience.

  • Partner with development teams to ensuretimely, high-quality delivery of features, enhancements, and technical integrations.

  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that new features meetfunctional, usability, and performance standards.

  • Define and track and analyze KPIs (e.g.,conversion rates, checkout abandonment, fulfillment times, and customer satisfaction) to measure feature impact andidentifyimprovement areas.

  • Use data analysis and user insights to continuallyoptimizefeatures and drive data-informed product decisions.

  • Adapt product features and strategies based on evolving user needs, market dynamics, and feedback.
