At Tonic3, we're searching for a User Experience Designerto join our team and be part of an integrated in-house agency, where Tonic3 creatives collaborate with client partners to deliver exceptional work. As a Digital Designer, you'll be at the center of a collaborative, cross-disciplinary team, crafting engaging and accessible user experiences across a variety of digital platforms. We're looking for someone who can think creatively, apply UX best practices, and elevate the way our client's brand connects with its audiences through design.
Position Overview:The Digital Designer, UX/UIcrafts engaging, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences. From websites and landing pages to interactive assets, you'll design solutions that seamlessly balance creativity, usability, and brand consistency.
Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 per year.
Location:(3 days per week in office, 2 days remote)

What You'll Do:
  • Design user-friendly digital assets, including websites, landing pages, and interactive elements.
  • Partner with other creative team members to ensure designs enhance the user journey.

Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of professional design experience with a focus on UX/UI and digital design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Able to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive design solutions.
  • Collaborative and confident in presenting design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Comfortable iterating based on feedback, user testing, and data insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong layout, typography, and visual design skills.
