At Revelyst, we are always seeking team members who are inspired to create wildly human experiences for those who love the outdoors through our iconic brands. As a key member of the Digital Commerce team, the Manager, Digital Experience will play a critical role in optimizing the online experience across the Outdoor Performance portfolio. Using a consumer-first mindset, you will identify opportunities to improve the customer journey, increase conversion, and deliver measurable business results. By leveraging data, analytics, and user insights, you will develop and execute strategies that enhance site performance, elevate the customer experience, and support sustainable revenue growth.

This position reports to the Director of eCommerce with support from the Sr. Vice President, Amazon & Digital Commerce and is based in Bozeman, MT.

As the Manager, Digital Experience, you'll have an opportunity to:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates across all digital platforms. Utilize A/B testing, user testing, and heatmaps to identify areas for improvement and to drive user engagement.

  • Analyze user behavior and site performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and other relevant platforms. Translate data insights into actionable strategies to enhance user experience and drive sales growth.

  • Champion the voice of the consumer in all site experience initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand and Marketing) to ensure that our digital offerings meet the evolving needs and preferences of our customers.

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to develop a seamless and intuitive online shopping experience. Ensure that design and functionality are aligned with brand standards and consumer expectations.

  • Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and IT to align site strategies with broader business goals. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Prepare regular reports on site performance, conversion metrics, and user feedback. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or other related field

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or site experience management, preferably within the outdoor performance or related industries.

  • Proven track record in conversion rate optimization and data analytics.

  • Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and A/B testing software

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.

Pay Range:

Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
