Senior Project Manager – Mechanical Contracting

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale commercial plumbing and mechanical projects in Bozeman, MT. This role requires a detail-oriented, experienced professional who can manage multiple high-value projects, coordinate diverse teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large commercial plumbing and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.
  • Mentor and guide project engineers, coordinators, and field staff.
  • Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on project status, financial performance, and key milestones.


Qualifications:
