Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager owns the strategy, direction, and performance of multiple product lines or a large, complex product domain. This role operates at a broad organizational scope, influencing cross-functional priorities and building strong partner relationships across engineering, UX, and key business leaders.
With a focus on enterprise-level impact, this leader collaborates with senior stakeholders to align product strategy with business objectives, drive investment decisions, and ensure delivery of cohesive, high-value customer experiences. The role is accountable for scaling product strategy across multiple teams, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision, and driving outcomes that advance both product and organizational success.
This role will ideally be based in Appleton, WI; may consider candidates outside of Appleton given relevancy of candidate experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Own strategic planning for multiple product lines or a major platform domain, including UX strategy and execution.
  • Build and scale cross-functional teams of product managers, UX designers, and researchers.
  • Drive alignment between product strategy, design direction, and broader business strategy.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to manage delivery at scale.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to both product and UX leaders.
  • Ensure integrated customer experiences are prioritized in product decisions.

Additional Job Responsibilities:
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, measurement, and continuous learning across product and UX.
  • Represent product and design strategy in executive discussions.
  • Optimize resource allocation and portfolio prioritization to maximize value delivery.
  • Support career development and growth of both product and UX team members.
  • Contribute to organizational planning, investment decisions, and experience innovation.
  • Partner with Sales to meet with customers and vendors directly (some travel required).

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
  • 7+ years of product management and UX leadership experience, including leadership of multiple teams and partner-facing/B2B platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation, moving from legacy workflows to a self-serve digital platform, including the change-management and enablement to drive adaptation.
  • Proven success leading product and UX strategy that drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in complex technical or enterprise product environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred:
  • Experience leading combined product and UX orgs in platform or growth-stage companies.
  • Familiarity with customer experience strategy and design systems at scale.
