Job Description
As a Sales Practitioner, you will be responsible for selling digital experience technology solutions to c-suite client stakeholders across North America. Your role will focus on experience technologies strategy, experience design, engagement platforms, digital commerce, mobility solutions, process automation, Low Code No Code platform implementation, UI/UX, and new age digital experiences like metaverse, AR/VR. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients, generate new leads, and achieve sales targets (Order Book & Revenue) to ensure profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive sales outcomes for Experience Technologies in Americas.
  • Engage with customer CDOs / CXOs and other key stakeholders to influence their digital experience strategy.
  • Accountable for meeting sales KPI's based on Revenue growth and Order bookings (ACV / TCV)
  • Drive technology sales in a defined portfolio
  • Drive Pipeline building activities
  • Produce high-quality leads through constant engagement with clients and coordinates with internal resources to launch sales planning efforts within Wipro.
  • Collaborate with various Wipro teams to develop proactive proposals and strategies to win new business.
  • Provide thought leadership throughout the sales lifecycle and drive the opportunity towards closure.
  • Should be able to work in a matrixed and leveraged organization construct as a part of the Enterprise Apps portfolio - with go to market customer facing units of Wipro (SMU's), Wipro sales and Experience Technologies' practices to carve out proactive opportunities.
  • Elevate Wipro's positioning & create a strong reputation for Wipro in the minds of clients.
  • Drive operational efficiency and minimize friction in sales/solution/delivery process.
  • Ensure that day-to-day operating requirements are met effectively, and performance objectives are achieved.

  • Minimum 10-15 years of total experience within a professional services or technology organization with a demonstrable track record of delivering results.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience selling digital experience technology solutions to C-Suite client stakeholders across North America.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
