  • Gather and analyze data from internal issue-tracking systems and customer feedback channels.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze customer surveys related to product quality and user satisfaction.
  • Analyze and compare software versions to measure UX improvements over time.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate concepts and support stakeholder alignment.
  • Manage projects with tight timelines through completion and provide regular status updates to the management team.

  • Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable communicating design ideas to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with interactive prototyping tools; experience with Axure is highly desired.
  • Experience with industry-standard visual design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with front-end web development concepts, including CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Experience applying Lean or Agile UX techniques, including rapid iterative design, to translate user requirements into user stories.
