Job description

We’re looking for a skilled IT Technician with hands-on experience in Ubiquiti UniFi and UISP, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, and a solid background in Helpdesk Support. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable troubleshooting networks, devices, and cloud services. This is an on- site, in-person, role with the typical hours being 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. 

Requirements:

  • Experience with UniFi / UISP deployments
  • Microsoft 365 user and tenant administration
  • Helpdesk and end-user support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

We started as a cabling contractor but have expanded our services to support "turnkey" solutions for our customers. In 2021, we added an IT division providing on-site and remote network support.
