The position involves working on established web experiences, balancing production execution with UX judgment to ensure seasonal updates are intuitive, accessible, responsive, and consistent with the brand and design system. This role is suited for a designer who can start quickly, work independently within established systems, and manage small to medium-sized assignments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver production-ready seasonal updates across the web ecosystem.
  • Own small to medium-sized UX assignments from requirements through final design and development handoff.
  • Support the migration of experiences between brand platforms.
  • Design and support page migrations and updates across existing digital experiences.
  • Support work related to software category pages, product detail pages, financial services experiences, seasonal offers, and legal revisions.
  • Apply the existing design system and component patterns while identifying where requirements may need thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Create responsive designs and communicate intended behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.
  • Partner with Content Design to ensure information hierarchy, messaging, and visual design work together.
  • Collaborate with developers, marketers, product partners, and other designers.
  • Review existing experiences and recommend pragmatic improvements for usability, accessibility, consistency, or responsiveness.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 4 years of UX, digital, web, or product design experience.
Skills:
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design, visual craft, and production-ready execution is required.
  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working within established design systems and component libraries.
  • Ability to independently take clearly defined work from requirements through polished design.
  • Understanding of responsive behavior, accessibility, hierarchy, interaction patterns, and digital design best practices.
