  • Manage and grow a world-class team of DX-focused Product Designers and Design Engineers
  • Partner closely with various teams to turn complex technical workflows into elegant and intuitive developer tools
Requirements
  • Formal training and professional experience in both UX/Product Design and Software Development (e.g., degree in HCI/CS or dual career path as a Designer & Front-End/Full-Stack Engineer)
  • 10+ years of total experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Developer Tooling
  • 5+ years in a direct people management/leadership role overseeing design teams
  • Proven AI Fluency: 2+ years of hands-on experience actively building with, designing for, or developing against modern AI tools, LLMs, AI coding assistants, or agentic frameworks
  • Deep familiarity with developer jobs to be done (JTBD), workflows, mental models, and daily toolchains
  • Ability to write code to create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes to demonstrate UX vision
