Job Description:

The Senior UX/UI Product Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered digital experiences that support enterprise modernization initiatives. This role partners with product managers, business analysts, developers, architects, and stakeholders to create scalable user interfaces, establish design standards, and ensure consistent user experiences across enterprise applications. The Senior UX/UI Product Designer leverages Human-Centered Design (HCD), Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), and modern UX methodologies to deliver accessible, visually consistent, and highly usable digital products.

Key Responsibilities
Lead UX and UI design efforts for enterprise digital modernization initiatives.
Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
Apply the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) to create scalable and consistent user experiences.
Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive design artifacts.
Standardize user interfaces by establishing reusable design patterns and interaction models.
Create, maintain, and govern enterprise design systems and reusable component libraries.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and stakeholders.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation sessions.
Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
Facilitate design workshops within cross-functional Agile teams.
Provide design specifications and UX guidance during development.
Continuously evaluate emerging UX trends and technologies.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree required.

Required Experience
Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience working with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
Experience may be demonstrated using no more than two (2) projects.
Minimum one (1) successfully completed project demonstrating experience normalizing approximately 200 user flows into consistent UI patterns for enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer certification.
Experience creating, maintaining, and governing enterprise Design Systems used by multiple independent development teams.
IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification.
Experience designing enterprise applications using Human-Centered Design (HCD) methodologies.
Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or government modernization initiatives.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe software delivery methodologies.
