The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in the field, demonstrating a deep understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across our digital platforms, ensuring that our products not only meet user needs but also exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create cohesive and user friendly interfaces.
  • Define and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously improve our design processes.
