KEFFER VW is looking for an experienced Used Car Manager who can also effectively work the desk as a Sales Manager. We are seeking a driven automotive professional with strong leadership, inventory management, and desking experience to help lead our growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of used vehicle inventory
  • Appraise trades and purchase vehicles
  • Work deals and desk sales team
  • Structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize market data and pricing tools to maintain competitive inventory
  • Train and motivate sales staff
  • Partner with lenders and finance team to secure approvals
  • Ensure strong merchandising and inventory turn
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Used Car Manager and/or Sales Manager
  • Strong desking and deal-structuring experience
  • Experience with vAuto preferred
  • Proven track record in automotive sales leadership
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
