Master Auto Group is looking to add a sales advisor to our team in Raleigh.

This is a performance-based sales role with a real opportunity to earn $60,000–$90,000+ for someone who is coachable, consistent, and willing to learn.

You do not need prior car sales experience — we’re looking for the right mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Working directly with customers in person and over the phone
  • Following up with leads daily
  • Building relationships and earning customer trust
  • Learning a structured sales process
  • Helping customers find and purchase the right vehicle
