We're looking for someone who understands that a great used car department isn't built by simply putting vehicles on a lot. It takes inventory strategy, aggressive appraisal discipline, merchandising, pricing, market knowledge, and a team that knows how to sell value.

If you know how to turn inventory into gross and are ready to build a used car operation with serious potential, we want to meet you.

The Hanania Advantage

  • Lead and develop the Used Vehicle Sales Team.
  • Drive used vehicle volume, gross profit, inventory turn, and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with management on used vehicle acquisition and appraisal strategy.
  • Monitor market pricing, competitive inventory, days supply, aging, and vehicle turn.
  • Work closely with the Used Car Manager and appraisal team to maximize trade opportunities.
  • Ensure used inventory is properly priced, merchandised, photographed, and positioned for the market.
  • Monitor aging inventory and develop strategies to move units before they become over-aged.
  • Coach Sales Associates on value selling, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
  • Track CRM activity, appointments, closing ratios, gross, and other key performance metrics.
  • Build a used vehicle culture centered on speed, accountability, profitability, and customer experience.
  • Partner with the GSM and General Manager to establish the used car strategy for the new dealership.
  • Lead by example and represent The Hanania Way every day.
Qualifications

What Sets You Apart

  • Strong understanding of used vehicle inventory, appraisals, market pricing, and inventory turn.
  • Demonstrated success driving used vehicle volume and gross profit.
  • Strong knowledge of digital merchandising and automotive market tools.
