We are seeking a motivated, licensed Residential Mortgage Loan Originator to join our growing partner team at Brittenum Mortgage in Fayetteville, AR and help clients secure purchase financing for their new home! Brittenum Mortgage is the mortgage partner of Brittenum Residential in Springdale, Arkansas, providing homebuyers a seamless purchase financing experience for new construction homes.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator, you're the front line of trust. You're the guide for someone making thebiggest financial decision of their life. You'll be:
  • Building relationships with clients and community partners
  • Advising borrowers with clarity, honesty, and heart
  • Navigating every loan from first inquiry to final closing
  • Actively growing your network and book of business
  • Staying current on loan programs, products, and local market trends
  • Originating residential purchase loans including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA Rural Development programs.

But most importantly,you'll be building something of your own-with a team behind you every stepof the way.

  • You have an active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license
  • You have an active Arkansas state mortgage license (or can obtain prior to start date)
