The State of Michigan is looking for: Programmer Analyst 3 This role is focused on Graphic Design or Visual Arts and is not intended for developer-based backgrounds.Portfolio submission required to demonstrate design skills and project experience 2-3 professional references required Top Skills & Years of Experience: •     3-5 years of experience in user interface (UI) design •     3-5 years of experience conducting user research •     Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Interface Design, or a related field Preferred: •     Experience designing in alignment with established design standards •     Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and experience designing for accessibility •     Experience conducting usability testing •     Experience performing accessibility (ADA) testing Interview Process: 60-minute Virtual Interview via MS Teams (video required).

In-person interviews are preferred by the management team, if possible.
