Job Title: UI/UX Analyst
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid - Onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Job Type: Long-Term Contract
Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced Programmer Analyst 3 (UI/UX Analyst) with a strong background in User Interface (UI) Design, User Experience (UX) Research, Accessibility, and Usability Testing. This role is focused on designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible and visually engaging applications.
Note: This is a UI/UX Design role and is not intended for software developer-based backgrounds.
Required Qualifications:-
  1. 3-5 years of experience in User Interface (UI) Design
  2. 3-5 years of experience conducting User Research
  3. Degree or certification in:
  • Graphic Design
  • Interaction Design
  • User Interface Design
  • Or a related field
  1. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects and experience
  2. Ability to provide 2-3 professional references

Preferred Qualifications:-
  1. Experience designing in alignment with established design systems and standards
  2. Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
  3. Experience conducting usability testing
  4. Experience performing ADA accessibility testing
  5. Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes
