Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience writing code using modern-stack Front End tools: Javascript, HTML, React, CSS, Tailwind, Figma.
  • UI Design-Creation-Experience-creating, laying out, doing mockups and demo's for User Interfaces preferably for industrial machinery such as CNC, PLC-driven, Factory Assembly, Material Handling or similar User to Physical Machinery Interfacing
  • Formal Training or Self Study in Human Factors Engineering, Human Systems Design, Human Systems Engineering (HSI), Usability Engineering or similar areas.
  • Should have a portfolio or personal and professional work samples related to Machine-to-Human User Interfacing

Pluses:

  • Experience interfacing UI-Front End Code with Python or Embedded (C/C++ Software).
  • Experience researching and selecting Modern AI Based Front end tools and techniques (ex: v0, Bolt.new, Lovable.dev, Replit Agent, Cursor, Windsurf, shadcn/ui, Magic UI, Aceternity UI, Vercel AI SDK, Komposo, Flowstep)
  • A College Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a Related engineering field showcasing your aptitude for UI connectivity to complex Hardware-Engineering Systems.
