Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced UI/UX Analyst to lead the design, usability, accessibility, and overall user experience of enterprise applications. This role is responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and established design guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in user research, interaction design, usability testing, accessibility, and visual design, with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities:

·         Lead the overall user experience, visual design, usability, and accessibility strategy for enterprise applications and digital solutions.

·         Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, business goals, and user needs.

·         Participate in requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and brainstorming meetings to identify usability concerns and opportunities for improvement.

·         Conduct user research activities including interviews, observations, surveys, and usability studies to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.

·         Analyze current user workflows, processes, and experiences to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

·         Develop user personas, journey maps, storyboards, user flows, and other user-centered design artifacts.

·         Create sketches, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes that align with project requirements and user expectations.

·         Facilitate design review sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to refine and validate design solutions.

·         Review designs with business and technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.

·         Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to validate designs and drive continuous improvements.

·         Perform accessibility reviews and testing to ensure compliance with ADA and WCAG standards.

·         Provide guidance and resources to development teams regarding UI/UX best practices, accessibility requirements, design standards, and remediation strategies.

·         Serve as an advocate for end users throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions are intuitive, efficient, and accessible.

·         Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts and validate that delivered solutions meet usability and accessibility expectations.

·         Assist in resolving design-related issues and provide recommendations for improving user experience and application usability.

·         Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and reusable design assets to support consistency across applications.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of approved designs and user experience strategies.

Required Skills:

·         3–5 years of professional experience in User Interface (UI) Design, User Experience (UX) Design, or a related field.

·         3–5 years of experience conducting user research, user interviews, usability studies, and user-centered design activities.

·         Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, User Experience Design, User Interface Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline.

·         Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, visual design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability projects.

·         Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, journey maps, personas, and design specifications.

·         Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, interaction design methodologies, and usability best practices.

·         Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, design reviews, and collaborative design sessions.

·         Knowledge of responsive design principles and modern web and mobile application design standards.

·         Experience designing solutions in alignment with established design systems and organizational design standards.

·         Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and experience designing accessible digital experiences.

·         Experience conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design improvements.

·         Experience performing accessibility (ADA) testing and supporting accessibility compliance initiatives.

·         Ability to analyze user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to create effective design solutions.

·         Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, color theory, and information architecture.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

·         Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting project deadlines.

·         Experience collaborating with business analysts, developers, architects, QA teams, and project stakeholders in Agile and traditional development environments.
