Job Summary: As a Limousine Dispatcher at USA Transportation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our luxury transportation services. You will be responsible for coordinating the timely dispatch of our fleet of vehicles and chauffeurs, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position is located in Boca Raton.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Dispatch Coordination: Manage and coordinate the daily dispatch of limousines and chauffeurs to meet customer demands and schedules.
  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to confirm reservations, address inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Route Optimization: Efficiently plan and optimize routes for drivers to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor vehicle locations, traffic conditions, and potential delays, and provide timely updates to clients and drivers.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to unforeseen situations, such as accidents or breakdowns, and coordinate necessary actions to minimize disruptions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, client interactions, and driver assignments.
