Are you passionate about creating exceptional patient experiences? Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing practice in Bellevue, WA.

A $1,000 bonus is available to qualified candidates seeking a permanent, full-time opportunity. This may be applied as either a sign-on bonus or relocation assistance.

How Youโ€™ll Make an Impact

  • Welcome new patients and families, helping them feel comfortable and confident from the moment they arrive.
  • Review medical and dental histories and listen carefully to patientsโ€™ goals, concerns, and expectations.
  • Capture patient records, including intraoral and facial photographs, intraoral scans, and X-rays, to support the orthodontic consultation process.
  • Support the orthodontist during new patient consultations by entering patient information, gathering relevant details, and taking accurate notes.
  • Present and explain orthodontic treatment plans in a clear, engaging way using visuals, videos, and educational tools.
  • Guide patients and families through financial options and payment plans that align with their needs.
  • Help patients confidently move forward with treatment by answering questions and addressing concerns.Follow up with patients who are considering treatment to maintain relationships and support timely starts.
  • Prepare and send correspondence to referring dental offices to ensure seamless communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the orthodontist and referring dentists or specialists.
  • Track and complete monthly reports related to consultations, starts, and key performance indicators.
  • Assist with additional administrative and coordination duties as required.

The Teammate Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in a dental or orthodontic office (preferred).
  • Experience in professional sales, patient education, or customer service (strong asset).
  • Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is an asset, but not required.
  • Confident, personable communicator who enjoys educating and guiding patients.
  • Comfortable discussing financial options in a clear, compassionate manner.
  • Proficient with basic technology tools, including digital communication and office software.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
