Manufacturing Technician II (Tech II)
Location: Medina, NY
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.65/hour
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Technician II is responsible for supporting the repair, assembly, and quality assurance of medical device components in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role involves following detailed procedures, troubleshooting mechanical and electronic components, and ensuring all products meet quality and compliance standards. The work is performed in a temperature- and humidity-controlled facility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established procedures to repair and restore pump systems to original operating condition
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechanical and electronic components
  • Perform assembly, disassembly, and basic repair of medical devices using hand tools
  • Complete required documentation to support quality and regulatory compliance
  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and identify defects or contaminants
  • Support production and restock activities as needed to meet daily operational targets
  • Maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to identify and differentiate small electronic components using markings
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small parts
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
